L'un de nos clients, éditeur de logiciels mondialement reconnu dans son domaine d'activité recrute un coach Agile. 

 

Rôle : 

As we aim to push further agile methodologies and best practices, we have created the role of a Agile Coach, who will join the transverse “QA laboratory” team. The team is responsible for conveying a transverse engineering quality vision, including processes, methods, tools and mindset. We believe that implementing agility is crucial in transforming our way to work together towards the best solutions, to strive and excel together!

 

The new Senior Agile Coach will lead and conduct the changes toward more agility, and agility @ scale. You will be part of the external audit team that will be evaluate and pilot our transformation process. The Senior Agile Coach will participate in concluding on outcomes of the audit and will own the decision-making process on recommendations. You will lead the transformation process, and conduct change management. You will support all teams, managers and individuals, in their efforts to adopt changes, and to overcome possible constraints.

 

  • You will initiate, facilitate, establish a vision of Agile rituals (Daily Stand-up, Planning, Retrospective, Grooming & Review / Demo).
  • Raise awareness, support, facilitate workshops and training sessions on the Agile methodology
  • Encourage the teams, programs and Management Team to improve Agile processes and measures
  • Help identify the organizational barriers to successful transformation and work with the Management Team to create effective strategies in order to remove them

 

Qualification & Skills :

To be successful in this role, you should have already conducted similar transformations towards an agile framework, either as a consultant or in-house. You have communication and consulting skills (listening, assertiveness, problem-solving) and a proven capacity to evangelize and demonstrate the positive impact of agile principles / methodologies. You know how to engage stakeholders, contributors and technical resources to analyze needs and design agility@scale deployment.

 

You have a higher-education degree and at least 10 years’ experience in IT and Digital. You are used to working in complex and demanding environments (high-level, international, involving many stakeholders…), and fully understand the issues and challenges of clients, their functional and technical constraints (industry, organization, businesses, IT…). You also have expertise in at least one of the following areas: Lean, Scrum, XP, Kanban, SAFe, IT Management, Enterprise Architecture, Lean Startup…

 

Beyond that, we’re looking for a pro-active and organized individual, who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Here we value winning and celebrating successes together, but you will also need to take ownership, set priorities and work with minimal guidance to be able to drive the entire product process and maximize business value. 

 

As we operate in an international environment, with most of our teams spread over Paris and Chicago, you will need to be fluent in French & English. Travel requirements: Occasional travelling to customers, training and workshops
